Combining the disciplines of organisational psychology and human development, we are catalysts who challenge, nurture and inspire leaders to be intentional in the leadership legacy they create.
Our approach has strengthened executives and their teams to lead flourishing workplaces with thriving cultures, humane productivity and sustainable, collective achievement. We do this by stimulating deep thinking and rich conversations, and by sharing our experience and research-based tools gained over a collective 40 plus years in organisations.
Our experience has been predominantly in education, healthcare, publicly listed companies, technology and not for profit community services.

COACHING TO LEAD
Today, coaching is an essential approach for leadership and collaboration.
Your managers and team leaders can also expand their confidence and capability to navigate turbulence and uncertainty by participating in our Coaching To Lead program. Your leaders would gain familiarity with coaching frameworks and tools, skill development and the mindset shift to have different types of coaching conversations in the workplace.
Purposefully designed for the internal leader coach, Coaching to Lead offers workshop sessions, interspersed with peer coaching practice, and action learning activities to apply coaching within your workplace.
